Hello there…

2010 will be an exciting year for fashion; experts predict that we’ll occur from the global financial crisis and, as a result, we can expect to see a new standard of fashion rise up.

In Friis we already started with the new standards – introducing our fashion collections in new interesting ways. With our lovely ‘Heels On Wheels’ projects, which we started doing in October last year.

Lulu and I travel around in Europe making brand introductions, collection presentations, styling tips – and not to forget we get closer to our existing costumers, meet new costumers, which has been a great learning experience for our brand.

We just did our first event on this collection Pre-fall 2010 in Aalborg, Denmark.

It was such a positive crowd!!! The reactions on our brand and the collection was amazing.. So we left Aalborg, with great excitement and energy.. Here are some pics from the event..

Next event will be held in Malmø, Sweden on Tuesday.

Dear friends,

I just got back from Milan, Italy, where I visited our Italian agent. It was a really nice trip, and I took a lot of photos, but unfortunately I forgot my camera there.. I will post about the stay in Milan next week, when I get it back.

Now I am in the middle of preparing for our next ‘Heels On Wheels’ tour with the pre-fall collection 2010. A lot needs to be prepared for these tours – we need styling for our trends, look-and trendbooks must be ready, goodiebags must be packed, hotels booked, invitations sent out etc.. But we are almost ready and settled, only thing missing is the lovely goodies for our clients. The trip will last 2 weeks, so I will keep you updated when Lulu & I get back. Our first stop is Aalborg, Denmark!!!!

We are very excited to get the reactions with the new collection – at least we think it is AMAZING!!!

Hello Dear Friends

Of course you also need a little update from our Heels on wheels tour in Antwerp.

We had a big event on wednesday with 25 people, all coming to hear about our amazing company and see our Awesome 1003 Highsummer collection. The ambience was good with lots of candles, champagne and our agent Marc had made homemade sushi!! As you probably already have noticed we are all about the little details, so how cool was is that Marc had been in the kitchen all day making delicious sushi for all of our customers.
Then we tried something different, instead of spending the night at a hotel, we stayed at the most cool bed & breakfast called Couche Couche. It was a big appartment, with a giant stairway ind the middle that went up to our bedrooms.The entire appartement was decorated in very cool retro style, with old records, seventies shades and hold on…….. a scooter in my bedroom…how cool is that.

So this was the end of our Heels on Wheels tour for now, but we will be back, with some new kick ass events in beginning of 2010
